    Rochelle Tracey-Pantin joined rugby in 1990 when she was invited to attend a game as a spectator. Her love for the sport grew without her ever playing a game and she has since served as an integral part of the UWI RFC Administration and Executive. 

    Her passion for the sport exemplifies the off-pitch camaraderie for which rugby is famous and brings positive energy to the administration. Rochelle understands the importance of consistency behind the scenes as she applies herself to providing support to the TTRFU through her contributions on various committees and working groups, and as the Manager of the National Women’s Under 18 7s Team. 

    A Teacher by profession, her extensive training in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Youth Counselling, and Sport Administration has prepared her for her tenure as Honorary Secretary of the TTRFU. Rochelle is committed to facilitating
